Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Air Evac Lifeteam. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, collaborating with leadership on marketing programs, and participating in community networking events.
- Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management.
- Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
- Closing smart business (consistent with Air Evac Lifeteam's objectives and practices).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
- Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
- Background and substance screenings will be completed.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Annual Salary Range: $35,000 - $180,000
- Uncapped Commission
