Position Overview:
Only qualified candidates located near the Denver, CO area will be considered due to the requirement for onsite presence.
The Sales Support role is essential in aiding the sales and channel teams during the customer's procurement setup process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with procurement setup inquiries from Sales, Solution Providers, and Customers.
- Provide effective support to Client customers regarding various issues related to Vendor setup.
- Complete vendor forms across multiple platforms with a focus on compliance with Client policies.
- Serve as a liaison among teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Manage customer expectations by offering regular updates on progress.
- Act as a change agent to facilitate critical organizational transitions and drive positive change.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance business systems, tools, and processes.
- Address internal inquiries about business systems and operations.
- Deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales/support or a related field.
- Familiarity with procurement or vendor setup processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficient in various desktop applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- In-depth understanding of Client processes, policies, and tools.
- Able to adapt proactively to meet business needs.
- Committed to knowledge transfer and embracing diversity.
