Job Overview:

The Licensed Repair Sales Advisor is responsible for managing incoming inquiries from members regarding scheduling repair services for various home appliances, electronics, and outdoor equipment.

By taking full ownership of each interaction, the advisor will successfully convert inquiries into sales and suggest additional Home Services products, such as Home Warranty and Service Protection Agreements, to enhance revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, promoting repair services and related products while emphasizing their benefits.
  • Follow established call protocols to transform inquiries into sales, addressing customer questions and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Schedule repair services and input necessary data into the system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide assistance with customer inquiries, verifying orders, and updating information as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while collaborating with team members to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have less than one year of relevant experience. A license or certification in the appropriate field is required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


Essential Skills:
  • Must hold a valid Personal Lines Insurance Producer or General Lines Property and Casualty Producer license for the state of Arizona.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with basic mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer usage, including telephone and headset operation.

Preferred Experience:

Sales experience is advantageous, particularly in the home warranty or real estate sectors.


Work Environment:

This position is part of the Transformco Member Services Organization, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service through a call center environment.
