Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Articulate our appetizing menu offerings and address any inquiries from guests.
  • Efficiently and accurately process orders and payments at the cashier station and in the drive-thru.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency to manage long lines with ease.
  • Collaborate as a team player to assist and serve both colleagues and guests.
  • Distribute food orders to guests while engaging them with creative order number rhymes.
  • Handle catering and take-out orders via phone, ensuring accuracy and processing payments.
  • Assist guests in planning their special events and serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21).
