Pharmacy Technician Assistant

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including filling prescriptions, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before dispensing medications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and security protocols.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve issues and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of pharmacy experience preferred.
- Valid and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician certification in the state(s) of practice.
- Registered with the applicable Board of Pharmacy and in good standing.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
