Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at Horizon Health. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Observe and record patient information pertinent to the treatment plan and report to the Staff Registered Nurse.
  • Escort and monitor patient activities and attend to their personal needs.
  • Assist patients with physical activities and respond to emergencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in crisis prevention and CPR.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a mental health setting.
