Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of bioanalytical scientists and technicians to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in bioanalysis, with a strong background in LC-MS/MS.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
