As a key member of the VP of Portfolio Growth team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the use of syndicated data sources to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Business Intelligence team, including scoping roles and managing organizational priorities.
  • Establish a mid-and-long-term learning agenda and budget to support reporting and analytical needs of the company.
  • Manage ongoing major syndicated data contracts.
  • Lead major market investigations and drive thought leadership throughout the organization.
  • Remodel existing business reporting, with a strong emphasis on modifying existing tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree preferable.
  • 10+ years of business experience, with significant experience / expertise in major CPG syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen).
  • Must have working knowledge of customer specific data bases (e.g. RetailLink, Kroger).
  • Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capability.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Spirits Experience strongly preferred.
