The Minnesota Wild is seeking a skilled Audio/Sound Engineer to join our team for the upcoming season. As an Audio/Sound Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality audio experience for our fans at Wells Fargo Arena.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Organize Audio Content: Ensure a seamless and professional listening experience for our audience by scheduling and organizing audio content for Minnesota Wild home games.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure smooth production and delivery of audio content.
  • Audio Production and Maintenance: Maintain a thorough understanding of audio production techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our content.
  • Audio File Management: Organize audio files, ensuring efficient and accurate storage and retrieval.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Live Audio/Sound Entertainment: Manage the preparation and execution of live audio/sound entertainment during intermissions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests in the arena.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Some post-secondary education is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience managing sound for concerts and events is preferred, but not required.
  • Personal Attributes: A creative mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills are essential.
Work Environment

The Audio/Sound Engineer will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The position requires flexibility, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for home games.
