Mechanical Engineer Operations Specialist

We are a trusted premier manufacturer of ammunition to the U.S. Military, with over 70 years of experience and a commitment to excellence. As a Mechanical Engineer, Operations 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality ammunition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering duties as assigned, including process layouts, developing and updating procedures, and safety enhancements.
- Address daily production-related issues on the shop floor.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to prepare and write operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain process layouts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 1 or more years of relevant engineering experience, including internships.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Government Secret Clearance may be required.
