We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our COO Process Engineering team at Wells Fargo. As a Process Engineer, you will analyze and optimize Financial Services COO Operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This includes process designing, troubleshooting, process optimization, process analysis, process documentation, and control & process automation.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions.
- Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities.
- Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration.
- Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or ability to acquire certification post-hire.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications.
- Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- An active listener with excellent and confident communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed.

Pay Range
