We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team at CURO Financial Technologies. As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with their financial needs by providing personalized loan solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner
  • Market new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls
  • Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products
  • Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
  • Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls

Requirements:

  • Customer service mindset
  • Experience with sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
  • High School diploma or equivalent
