Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Project Management and Field Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include processing detailed project design files, preparing accurate construction CAD models, and applying standard civil engineering principles. You will work with our talented team to acquire design and survey control files, collaborate on design techniques, and perform cut/fill analyses and earthworks take-offs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process detailed project design files and prepare accurate construction CAD models
  • Apply standard civil engineering principles to establish and maintain competitive prices
  • Collaborate with design firms to acquire design and survey control files
  • Perform cut/fill analyses and earthworks take-offs
  • Work with the Project Management and Field Operations teams to support project delivery
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Computer Drafting or Engineering Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in CAD, estimating, land surveying, and/or field operations
  • Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Knowledge of civil engineering infrastructure projects, including paving, concrete, water, sewer, grading, and drainage
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a CORI background check
