Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Richard P. Goodwin, Associates. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute communications, such as reports and invoices, on behalf of the company
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing, and organizing office supplies
- Manage invoicing and collections, including creating and distributing invoices, collecting payments, and managing deposits
- Perform data entry tasks, including account reconciliation, weekly payroll, and lease preparation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in an office in an administrative or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask with accuracy
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or related fields a plus
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures a plus
