As a key member of our Student Health and Wellbeing Unit, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of health and wellbeing services provided to university students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in student health and wellbeing services.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of health services.
  • Develop and lead clinical audit and compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and benchmarks to streamline workflows and improve the student experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate quality improvement initiatives into the unit's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, healthcare administration, or quality improvement.
  • 4+ years of experience in continuous quality improvement and assessment within a public healthcare or student affairs university setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
