### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at Patriot Environmental Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue growth in an assigned territory.

### Key Responsibilities

* Partner with operations to develop strategic new business opportunities and drive sales growth
* Engage with customer accounts through regular calls and visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Prioritize tasks for effective time management and efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service and relentless learning of customer challenges
* Lead communication on growth strategy with the territory and supervisor, and collaborate with other TAMs to leverage the enterprise customer network
* Demonstrate honesty and strong moral principles, maintaining data integrity and driving profitability
* Maintain an active and robust pipeline that meets and exceeds revenue budget targets

### Requirements

* A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred
* Three years of experience in sales, management, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field is required
* Two years of experience in the environmental or industrial service-related industry is preferred

### Skills and Competencies

* Proven track record of ambition and drive, with self-motivation and results-oriented approach
* Excellent verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
* Developed problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with attention to detail and organization
* Genuine curiosity and active listening skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint

$75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills
