We are a team invested in the personal growth of its employees and this is a unique opportunity to get in at the beginning and help build something special. Ridwell is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our inaugural Door-to-Door Sales team.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to directly impact our company's growth, enhance brand recognition, and grow your sales/professional skills. As a Field Sales Representative you will be the face of Ridwell, educating and informing homeowners about our mission and services.

This position is ideal for someone who is energized by meaningful conversations about environmental sustainability and is looking for a role outside the traditional office setting. We are relentlessly pursuing the exceptional and challenging the status quo-always making our service, experience, and company better.

We need diverse perspectives to execute on creative solutions. Direct Sales:
Engage in door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods to drive subscriptions to Ridwell's service.

Goal Achievement:
Work independently to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Attend and actively contribute to team meetings and training sessions, staying updated on sales techniques and product developments.

Brand Representation:
Uphold Ridwell's values and professional image in all interactions with potential customers.
Sales Experience: 1-2 years of proven success in door-to-door or direct sales preferred.

Attention to Detail:
Careful and accurate in your sales approach and data recording.
A strong commitment to continuous learning, self-improvement, and innovation in your sales strategies.
A mobile smart phone and reliable transportation are required.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Position: Part-time position (25 hours per week)

Compensation:
$20 per hour plus commission Typical pay: Averages between $30 to $45 per hour worked
