Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to join our team at the Health & Human Services Comm. This role will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails.
  • Prepare and process reports, documents, and other materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or government setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
