Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and rotating product.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with cash handling equipment.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent customer interactions and sales floor activity.
