Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to all cleaning and recovery standards.
- Process customer purchases and returns accurately and efficiently, while providing a positive shopping experience.
- Support and participate in store recovery efforts as needed, including maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
