Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at LaCrosse Footwear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
- Ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including maintaining stock levels and rotating displays.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as well as other tasks as assigned by management.
- 1+ years of retail sales experience in a customer-focused environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic MS Excel and Outlook experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
