We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living neighborhood, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent resident care.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage department budgets and resources to optimize performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience in assisted living or long-term care, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dedication to seniors and their well-being, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and service.
