Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the kitchen staff and ensure exceptional food service quality for our restaurant, banquets, and events.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage kitchen operations to uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
2. Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage to maintain efficient dining room, room service, and banquet operations.
3. Assist in menu development, pricing strategies, and staff training initiatives.
4. Handle the ordering and inventory management of all food products for the property.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in food storage and preparation.

Staff Management
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote a high level of morale and productivity among kitchen personnel. Prepare weekly schedules and manage payroll documentation accurately.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Sous Chef and at least one year as a Chef in a comparable establishment.
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Current Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
- Familiarity with local health regulations and safety laws is essential.

Work Environment
This position involves working indoors in well-lit kitchen areas and occasionally outdoors for events. The kitchen environment may be warm and humid, with potential hazards such as slippery floors.
