Administrative Services Cooperative is the operator of the RideYellow brand, managing five fleets in the Los Angeles region, and is recognized as the largest taxi service on the West Coast with a fleet of 1300 vehicles. We focus on delivering innovative transportation solutions tailored to a diverse array of businesses in Los Angeles. We are in search of a strategic and dynamic sales professional to enhance our ride-hailing services across various sectors and booking options.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach methods such as calls and in-person meetings, alongside indirect approaches like networking.
  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint prospective accounts for service engagement.
  • Design targeted marketing campaigns aimed at key customer demographics to boost brand recognition.
  • Manage Direct Marketing, Public Relations, advertising, and event marketing initiatives.
  • Build new client relationships, secure contracts, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, guiding the sales process from initial engagement to finalization.
  • Create persuasive presentations for clients and upper management.
  • Develop strategic territory plans to consistently meet sales goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Set monthly objectives for acquiring new clients.
  • Collaborate with key account managers to finalize agreements and establish new accounts.
  • Keep precise sales records and regularly update management on progress.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Exceptional communication and writing skills are crucial. Strong negotiation and public speaking capabilities are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as Internet and Google Applications is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience. Reliable transportation is essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is situated in a dynamic and collaborative setting, ideal for a proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Flexibility beyond standard working hours and excellent time management skills are required. The typical noise level is moderate.
