About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team at Scale Microgrid Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing a robust sales pipeline for our microgrid projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and acquisition.
  • Research and identify new leads, as well as maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Craft targeted email campaigns to demonstrate the value proposition of our microgrid solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to synthesize information and material for use in messaging prospective customers.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide insights to prospects' questions as a product knowledge specialist.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior Sales and/or Marketing work experience or relevant internships.
  • Experience with prospecting platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the distributed energy landscape or a desire to learn quickly and continuously expand.
  • Motivated by achieving measurable results and exceeding sales/productivity targets.
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude and creative mindset.
