Join Our Team as a Clinician-Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinician-Supervisor to join our team at the University of Vermont Medical Center. As a key member of our Inpatient Psychiatry units, you will provide clinical supervision to group therapists and contribute to program development, design, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists and those working toward licensure
  • Contribute to medical student, psychiatry, and psychology resident education and training
  • Provide consultation and limited direct service around behavior management and crisis stabilization
  • Consult with the Emergency Department

Requirements:

  • Licensure in the State of Vermont as Psychologist-Doctorate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Clinician
  • Minimum 3 years' post-licensure clinical experience in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Psychiatric Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • Strong background in clinical consultation and supervision
