Role Summary:
Under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, the incumbent will manage daily operations, including addressing EDI error logs, processing deliveries, generating repack purchase orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Manage incoming calls related to order modifications, delivery issues, and various customer inquiries.
- Perform EDI Data Validation by resolving errors in the BD87 log.
- Record all deliveries from the bakery to the Inventory Control (IC) on a daily basis, addressing missing EDI documents and inventory discrepancies.
- Document all shipments from the IC to customers, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Create daily subcontracting purchase orders.
- Receive deliveries of repack supplies and address any inventory discrepancies.
- Input Product Identification Data (PID) for items that do not meet specifications or have quality concerns.
- Generate retail orders and prepare bake sheets for production and TCI.
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- May undertake other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate computer terminals and associated software, as well as use ten-key, fax machines, and copiers.
- Capable of understanding and following both written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach when working with others.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will depend on various factors, including location, shift, education, skills, and experience. The pay scale listed for this position generally applies to candidates meeting the specified qualifications and requirements. Additional compensation may be available for candidates exceeding these criteria. We offer a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education, alongside a comprehensive benefits program to meet your needs. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
