Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming inquiries and finalize reservations for our moving, packing, and storage offerings.
- Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook to produce precise and efficient service estimates.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with clients and team members alike.
- Meet daily booking targets to enhance overall team performance.
- Engage in both outbound and inbound calls to build and maintain client relationships.
- Work on existing leads, aiming for a closing rate of 55% or higher.
- Participate in external sales initiatives, developing connections with apartment agents, storage facilities, and senior living communities.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required by the Sales and Marketing department.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated success in sales, consistently achieving or surpassing set quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and information.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Energetic demeanor with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Preference for candidates who are committed to ongoing professional development.
Full-time position with a schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday, including one day off during the week.
CompensationSalary: $50,000 - $150,000 annually, with potential variations based on individual motivation and performance.
Benefits- Commission-based salary with unlimited earning potential.
