Description:

At Lockheed Martin, we are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Mission Planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our satellite systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and analysis to support the development and execution of satellite systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain mission planning scripts and tools to support satellite operations
  • Support the development and testing of new satellite systems and technologies
  • Provide on-call support for satellite operations and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science)
  • 5+ years of experience in satellite systems engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of satellite systems and operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
