Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Entertainment Coordinator to join our team at MLCV. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and evaluation of Marketing Operation Entertainment and Event programs to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating event schedules, including show set up, ticketing, and accounting procedures.
  • Evaluate each event and submit post-event reports with pertinent information, such as final evaluation summaries, monthly band reports, and revenue summaries.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings related to concerts and events, and maintain cooperative and informed relationships with vendors.
  • Develop and distribute external and internal communication of all entertainment, including the Gazette, associate communication meetings, and associate newsletter.
  • Process contracts, create purchase orders, and maintain files as needed.
  • Assist with monthly financial management and billing, and ensure compliance with all company policies and practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in event planning, entertainment, or promotions execution experience required.
  • One (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual and able to speak Spanish proficiently a plus.
  • Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
