The Casino Promotions Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing gaming revenue by attracting and retaining new premium casino visitors. This position is designed to foster Guest loyalty through effective marketing and sales techniques that create unforgettable experiences and strengthen brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enroll new premium casino visitors into the Grand Rewards loyalty program.
  • Boost visitation rates among designated premium Guests.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to promote the property and its offerings to premium Guests.
  • Meet and exceed established revenue goals and performance metrics.
  • Utilize customer management systems to track Guest interactions and preferences, crafting personalized offers.
  • Monitor progress through sales dashboards and make informed business decisions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of premium Guests' visits, including accommodations and entertainment.
  • Plan and host events for Guests both on-site and off-site.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain the highest standards of integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support the department's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales, particularly in casino player development or related fields.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and work with percentages and fractions.

Reasoning Skills:

Capable of applying logical thinking to various situations and making informed decisions based on data analysis.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively, see clearly, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment:

Exposure to varying noise levels typical of office and public areas.

Special Qualifications:

Must obtain a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority and comply with all relevant gaming regulations.
