Job Responsibilities: As the Operations Trainer at Amcor, you will be responsible for developing standard training procedures for all plant processes. Your role involves assessing operators and assistants for skill gaps, providing hands-on training, and collaborating with management to enhance plant operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training programs for plant processes
  • Assess and address skill gaps in the workforce
  • Deliver hands-on instruction for staff
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve plant operations
Requirements: Formal Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Expertise in Adhesive Lamination, Extrusion Lamination, or Rotogravure Printing
  • High proficiency in equipment safety, quality, and processes
Education and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Forklift Operator
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible to support multi-shift operations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Prioritizes safety
