Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting & Systems plays a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing financial systems that underpin accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on OneStream as the primary Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool within the organization.
  • Oversee master data management and ensure alignment across various systems.
  • Conduct data load tie-outs and reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Develop and distribute centralized reporting solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Provide training and documentation for system users, ensuring efficient utilization of financial systems.
  • Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement system upgrades and enhancements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with business units to optimize reporting processes and meet reporting requirements.
  • Administer user access and permissions in accordance with established policies.
  • Stay updated on security best practices to protect sensitive financial information.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in financial systems such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, and Planful is essential. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Effective communication and collaboration abilities are crucial for establishing cooperative working relationships.

Education & Experience:
