About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Carbon Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will be the first and last interaction with our patients, providing exceptional care and support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Administer administrative tasks and procedures to support an exceptional patient experience
  • Work collaboratively with clinical leadership to enhance the patient experience
  • Provide excellent communication skills and remain focused and calm during high-stress situations
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM and experience with medical insurance preferred
