- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
