We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at American Credit Acceptance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our regional accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals and objectives
- Manage a team of 5-8 Market Managers to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Senior Management to identify business opportunities and develop account plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional account customers to drive sales growth and revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- 4-year college degree in marketing, sales, or business, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of sales management experience, preferably in a regional sales role
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
