The Grants Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of grant development, administration, and management throughout the grant lifecycle. This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with grant provisions, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective grant management processes and protocols.
  • Research new funding opportunities to address organizational needs.
  • Ensure successful grant writing, application development, and submission for new and recurring funding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field of study.
  • A minimum of five years of grant management experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the oversight and monitoring of projects.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
