Description of the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Grants Management Specialist III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project delivery data analytics, developing financial analyses, and establishing regulatory compliance monitoring processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective financial planning strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team to analyze and improve grant performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases to support grants management activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries from clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • At least five years of experience in grant management, regulatory compliance, management consulting, or government financial services.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools, including MS Excel, Access, and SQL Server.

Additional Information

Please note that this is a hybrid role, which may be located in either Reston, VA or Austin, TX. The salary range is $65,416 - $123,084 per year, based on full-time employment. We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salaries, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
