We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy and Grants Manager to join our team at Girl Scouts of Central Texas. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to secure grants and other forms of funding to support our organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with some supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to secure grants and other forms of funding
  • Research and identify potential grant funding sources
  • Write and submit grant proposals that align with our organizational goals
  • Track and report on grant activity and progress
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. non-profit management, marketing, communications)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in grant writing or a related field
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
