About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Health Floyd's 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide direct comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and co-workers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
- Function as an on-shift team member, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive individualized attention and care.
About the Unit: Our 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. As a nurse on this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions, and to be part of a team that is dedicated to innovation and excellence in patient care.
