Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a part-time position working weekend nights, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and coworkers. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and a positive patient experience.
Unit Highlights:
The Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative care and improving patient outcomes. As a Registered Nurse on this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions, and to contribute to the development of new care practices.
