Job Title: Registered Nurse Medical Inpatient Innovation
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission to discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers
- Function as an on-shift team member providing comprehensive nursing care
- Care for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions
About the Unit:
The Innovation Unit is a 25-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. This unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complemented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.

Requirements:
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
