Job Title: Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit RN/LPN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Health Floyd's 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide direct comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and coworkers. This is a full-time opportunity with a 36-hour workweek, working days from 7am-7pm.
About the Unit:
The Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Our team cares for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions, making it an ideal opportunity for new graduate LPNs and RNs to start their nursing careers. Seasoned nurses also share their expertise, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and coworkers
- Function as an on-shift team member, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Meet the needs of patients, families, and coworkers, ensuring high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
