Job Title: RN Medical Inpatient Innovation PRN Nights
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. As a PRN (Work as Needed) nurse, you will provide direct comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission to discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers
- Function as an on-shift team member providing comprehensive nursing care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
About the Unit:
The Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. As a nurse on this unit, you will care for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start their nursing careers and is complemented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.

- Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA's and NO WEEKEND requirement for nurses

Requirements:
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous nursing experience required to hold a PRN position
