The clinic offers treatment options in the fields of psychiatry, psychosomatics, child and adolescent psychiatry, and neurology. Our team of approximately 9,200 employees provides care for around 9,200 inpatients and outpatients annually, with over patient contacts in the outpatient clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing professionals in a goal-oriented manner, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to current developments in psychiatric care.
- Collaborate closely with facility management to drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in quality management initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in psychiatric care, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Completed nursing or geriatric nursing exam.
- Experience in management and leadership, with a proven track record of success in psychiatric care.
- Completed further training as a head nurse or willingness to complete it.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
