The Technology Innovations Specialist will support the piloting, testing, and initial rollout of new and existing technology initiatives across Raising Cane's restaurants. This role will identify opportunities for technology innovation, ensure initiatives are ready for execution, and prioritize them according to restaurant and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand project purpose, scope, objectives, and success metrics, and measure operational success and impact.
  • Lead pilots and initial rollouts, including restaurant visits and observations.
  • Track pilot success through feedback gathering and adjust as needed.
  • Partner with RSO departments and keep teams informed of project status.
  • Maintain operational competency by staying close to restaurant operators and their use of current and future technology.
Qualifications
  • Requires 50% travel to Raising Cane's restaurants throughout the United States.
  • 2-4 years' experience in food service, project management, engineering, or computer science roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and decision making, considering relative costs and benefits.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Possess ability to be a self-starter, highly organized, with impeccable time management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ITIL.
