Position Summary:
The role of a Rental Sales Agent offers a unique opportunity to excel in a sales-driven environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations by not only fulfilling their rental requirements but also introducing them to additional products and services that enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance every rental interaction by actively promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras tailored to each customer's preferences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all interactions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards to contribute to the team's success.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining daily checklists to support efficient branch operations.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email, embodying our commitment to friendly and helpful service.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to manage vehicle returns efficiently and ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Adapt to other assigned responsibilities as necessary to support our dynamic business environment.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals, which is a fundamental aspect of this position.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in meeting sales quotas or working in commission-based roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adhere to defined service and sales processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle stressful or unusual situations with grace and enthusiasm to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including day and/or evening shifts.
  • Position may require some travel, including air travel.
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
