Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Sales
    • Accept and respond to all leads in a timely manner
    • Tour properties, greet prospects, and present the features and benefits of the property
    • Assist prospects through the lease application process, including completing proof of income and lease documents
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to all inquiries, prospective residents, and current residents
    • Communicate effectively with apartment locators and brokers
  • Administrative Duties
    • Perform administrative tasks associated with the position
    • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude, representing Group Fox at all times
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Illinois driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
    • Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach
    • Experience in apartment leasing
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Leasing license required (within 30 days of employment)
