Job Title: Customer Service & Logistics Agent

Maison Russet Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service & Logistics Agent to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of all customer Purchase orders (PO) while supporting the logistics team to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming POs via our customer portal and validate customer information, including SKU, price, and order type.
  • Validate PO dates, delivery dates, and minimum lead times to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
  • Ensure credit checks are completed prior to accepting POs for new customers and validate orders outside of contracted volumes or lead times with planning, supply chain, and logistics teams.
  • Coordinate and agree directly with customers on changes to PO delivery terms and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Supplement existing KPIs by publishing reports on late deliveries and enabling Root Cause Corrective Action.
  • Ensure shipping of local and international truckloads in line with industry best practices and customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipping documents, follow up on expeditions, and relay information to related parties.
  • Coordinate returns, 3PL transfers, and track inventory levels for pallets and record movements in supplier portals.

Requirements:

  • Collegial Technical Diploma in Transport Logistics or equivalent completed.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Oral and written bilingualism.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge of MS Office.
