Project Manager of Property Condition Assessments

Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee Property Condition Assessments. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute Property Condition Assessments, including planning, execution, review, and finalization.
- Concurrently oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with team members and clients to deliver high-quality results.
- Conduct inspections and prepare reports.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to Managing Directors and clients.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Deliver progress reports and recommendations.
- Manage client follow-up and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property condition assessment or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including multitasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard software.
